My initial thoughts on the location of New Delhi is that it's at 28.36 degrees North and 77.12 degrees East, exactly. I know this from my CIR research. I also know that it is in the continent of Asia and in the country of India. It's the capital of India, and it's near the middle of the country (not on the coast or anything). And it's very close to the Tropic of Cancer.

My initial thoughts on the place of New Delhi is it is a very flat city, no hills or mountains. I also think that it is a very busy city, probably the largest in India. I know it has a very big plateau in the middle of the country so maybe New Delhi is on top of that. It's near the Tropic of Cancer which means it is fairly close to the Equator, so I predict it's very humid with a lot of lush plants, probably very good for vegetation.

My initial thoughts on the human environment interaction is that there is probably a lot of farming, because of the lush vegetation in the country. There also might not be very good farming or water in some areas because of desert scrub. So I assume some of the people living there might be struggling with the resources they have to get water and food. I don't really know much about New Delhi's human environment interaction except that it is also a city, so there is probably a lot of cars and motorcycles and people probably make there money from little shops or stands.

My initial thoughts on the movement are that India doesn't really have very advanced transportation. When I think of India I think of riding on camels and elephants, but that's probably a long gone form of getting around. I would assume they have cars and things, but most wouldn't have anything that fancy. Since New Delhi is a city they obviously aren't riding on animals, it's more likely for them to drive cars, or buses, or motorcycles.

My initial thoughts on region in New Delhi is that all the other big cities in India are fairly similar. Like Mumbai is another big city. Since India has pretty much the same geography (flatlands) then I assume all the cities that are roughly the same size would be alike. Except if one was on the coast and another was in the middle of the country. I don't really know of a lot of areas near New Delhi that would be similar to it so it should be good to learn.
